Men’s Workout Heaven is fast becoming the leading site for ‘hardgainers’ on the web with a FREE weekly Ezine read by ten’s thousands of men each week.
All of the content on the site is tailored towards hardgainers. A hardgainer is someone who has poor genetics for building muscle–typically skinny guys. The technical term for hardgainer is ‘ectomorph’. Why a site just for hardgainers? Because the stuff in the mainstream muscle mags does not work for us.
The guys you see pictured in the muscle mags are genetic freaks (typically ‘mesomorphs’) and their bodies will respond to virtually any type of training and diet. For example the first time Jay Cutler (current reigning Mr Olympia) went to the gym at 18 he was able to bench 315lbs! Now that is a genetic freak!
What this site is NOT:
- Men’s Workout Heaven is NOT a fat loss site. If you are generally skinny but have a little body fat you will still find the site useful. If you are 500lbs and your primary goal is weight loss, you will be better served elsewhere.
- It is also NOT a hardcore body building site. Our goal is to help hardgainers pack on muscle and develop aesthetically pleasing physiques–think fitness model rather than super freak from outer space!
- And lastly it is certainly NOT a ‘magic pill’ site–you know those, pop this pill and get ripped in 24hrs sites? This isn’t one of them!
Philosophy
- Simple Exercises that make muscle building more accessible to hardgainers. These are typically compound exercises that build strength while recruiting the most muscle.
- Short, intense and infrequent workouts. These give the most bang for the buck and allow you to have a life outside the gym, a factor important for your overall happiness. 3 Times a week max for no more than an hour.
- Healthy lifestyle. No drugs or useless supplements. healthy diet that is both nutritious and sustainable. Living on granola, protein shakes and vegetables is just not sustainable!! We know you can have a great physique and enjoy food without depriving yourself.
